elosulfase alfa
A16AB12
Forms & Strengths
- Solution for intravenous infusion: 5 mg/5 mL (1 mg/mL) in single-dose vials
Adult Dosing
- 2 mg/kg administered once every week via intravenous infusion
Pediatric Dosing

- Life-threatening hypersensitivity reactions to elosulfase alfa, if the reaction cannot be successfully managed
Adverse Reactions
- Anaphylaxis and severe hypersensitivity reactions
- Infusion-associated reactions (pyrexia, chills, vomiting, headache, nausea, abdominal pain)
- Vomiting, headache, pyrexia, joint pain, fatigue, pain in extremity
Drug Interactions
