Adult Dosing
- 30mg 3 times daily
- 100mg daily
- 200mg daily in 2-3 divided doses
Pediatric Dosing
- Not established for children
- Use with caution in pediatric patients
Indications
- Treatment of congestive heart failure
- Angina pectoris
- Cardiomyopathy
- Mild to moderate hypertension
Mechanism of Action
- Antioxidant properties
- Improves energy production in cells
- Enhances cardiac contractility
- Vasodilatory effects
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to ubiquinone or any component of the formulation
- Pregnancy and lactation (use with caution)
