- Cream 1%

Adult Dosing
- Apply topically 1-2 times a day
- Treatment duration: 2-4 weeks
- Fingernail onychomycosis: 4-6 months
Pediatric Dosing
- Safety and efficacy not established in children under 12 years
- Apply topically 1-2 times a day for children over 12 years
Indications
- Dermatophyte infections
- Cutaneous candidiasis
- Tinea pedis
- Tinea cruris
- Tinea corporis
Mechanism of Action
- Inhibits fungal squalene epoxidase
- Interferes with fungal cell membrane synthesis
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to liranaftate or its components
Adverse Reactions
- Skin irritation
- Itching
- Redness
- Burning sensation
