Indications
- Metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with mesenchymal-epithelial transition (MET) exon 14 skipping mutation
- First-line treatment for patients with metastatic NSCLC with MET exon 14 skipping mutation
Mechanism of Action

- Vomiting (23%)
- Edema (22%)
- Dyspnea (21%)
Drug Interactions
- Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors: avoid concomitant use or reduce capmatinib dose
- Strong CYP3A4 inducers: increase capmatinib dose with caution
- P-glycoprotein (P-gp) substrates: monitor for increased exposure
