- 100 mg powder for injection
- 50 mg powder for injection
Adult Dosing
- 0.15 mg/kg every 3 weeks
- dosage adjustment for thrombocytopenia may be necessary
Pediatric Dosing
- safety and efficacy not established in patients less than 18 years old
Indications
- relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
- relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma
Mechanism of Action
- antibody-drug conjugate
- targets CD19
- releases tesirine, a pyrrolobenzodiazepine dimer
Adverse Reactions
- cytopenias
- fatigue
- infections
- neutropenia
- thrombocytopenia
Drug Interactions
- avoid concurrent use with strong CYP3A inducers
- monitor for increased toxicity when using with other myelosuppressive agents
