- Tablets: 50mg, 100mg
- Capsules: 50mg, 100mg
Adult Dosing
- Osteoarthritis: 100mg twice daily
- Rheumatoid arthritis: 100mg twice daily
- Ankylosing spondylitis: 100mg twice daily
Pediatric Dosing
- Not established for children under 12 years
- 12-18 years: same as adult dose

Mechanism of Action
- Inhibits cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2)
- Reduces prostaglandin synthesis
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to flunoxaprofen
- Active peptic ulcer disease
- Severe renal impairment
- Severe hepatic impairment
Adverse Reactions
- Gastrointestinal upset
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Headache
- Dizziness
Drug Interactions
- Warfarin: increased anticoagulant effect
- Aspirin: increased risk of gastrointestinal toxicity
- Diuretics: reduced diuretic effect
- Lithium: increased lithium levels
