Adult Dosing

100mg IV every 3 months
Dosing should be individualized and titrated to the patient's needs

Pediatric Dosing

Not established for patients under 18 years of age

Indications

Prevention of episodic migraine
Chronic migraine prevention

Mechanism of Action

Monoclonal antibody that binds to calcitonin gene-related peptide
Blocks the biological activity of calcitonin gene-related peptide
